After almost 14 years at Coral Gables-based BAC Florida Bank, President and CEO Frank Robleto plans to retire. Robleto's retirement is set for Dec. 1, at which time Julio Rojas, the New York-based Americas CEO of Standard Chartered Bank, will take over as President and CEO.
