Mylestoned: Boston startup files for more funding for app to 'reframe death'

Boston-based Mylestoned has raised nearly $4.5 million for its mobile app that allows people to share memories of deceased loved ones, according to a regulatory form filed Thursday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing lists the date of first sale as Jan. 13 and indicates 25 undisclosed investors participated in the round, with a minimum of $10,000 committed by each outside investor.
