Mynd Solutions: IndiaMart InterMesh informs about delay in transaction for completion of 7.70% stake acquisition of Mynd Solutions; Stock up 2%

Due to certain unforeseen delay in processing the transaction on account of the involvement of multiple parties, the acquisition is expected to be completed by December 15, 2021, the company said.
