Myntra: Myntra set to take internship route for entry-level hiring

Myntra is shifting its hiring strategy for entry-level roles by focusing on a four-to-six-month internship program in tech, fashion-technology, business, and finance. Starting in January 2025, it plans to hire over 100 interns annually as its primary talent pipeline. Internal talent will be prioritized for lateral roles, and the company will still engage in select campus hiring and competitions.
