NAI: Indiana Manufacturer Adds Out-of-State Company

Mishawaka-based Dearborn Crane and Engineering Co. has completed the acquisition of a Massachusetts company. Executives say the deal for NAI Cranes LLC expands the northern Indiana manufacturer's global footprint and product offerings.
