Nampak: Nampak appoints Hood CEO, Roux to oversee new committee
Phildon Roux will step down as CEO of JSE-listed packaging producer Nampak with effect from September 30 and will be succeeded by Andrew Hood. To support a structured handover, Hood will take up the position of COO from April 1 to work closely with Roux during the transition period.
