Napleton: Napleton Automotive Group to pay $10 million in FTC case
Napleton Automotive Group will pay $10 million in a settlement with the FTC and state of Illinois for its alleged discrimination of Black customers in vehicle financing and for adding junk fees and extras into customer contracts. Napleton denied any wrongdoing.
