Fishers-based NCA Group Inc. is being acquired by a Louisiana company. Worley Claims Services President Allen Carpenter says the deal is a "transformational transaction" and will expand its commercial footprint. NCA President Jim Pearl will join Worley as a co-president with Carpenter.
