A trio of food-TV personalities have come together for Neely's Barbecue Parlor, which opens Wednesday on the Upper East Side. Pat and Gina Neely of Food Network fame are the owners, withChopped champion Wade Burch (who cooked in near obscurity at Steamer's Landing before his victory) heading up the kitchen.
