Pat and Gina Neely, owners of Memphis-based Neely's Bar-B-Que, are setting their sites on The Big Apple. The Food Network couple is partnering up with Abraham Merchant of Merchants Hospitality Inc. for a new restaurant called Neely's Barbecue Parlor, set to open Wednesday, July 13.
