Memphis natives Gina and Pat Neely have spread the Memphis barbecue gospel via their Food Network television show, but now the couple is bringing some brick and mortar to the Big Apple. Neely's Barbecue Parlor will open in Manhattan's Upper East Side neighborhood, The New York Times reports.
