I started as a pharmacist when the Town of Huntersville was very small, just under a thousand people. And it's true, everyone seemed to know everyone else. They depended upon their pharmacist to work with their local physicians to help with health issues. I grew up in an independent pharmacy, owned by my father.Compounding is the official pharmaceutical term for making prescriptions for each individual patient. I specialize in compounding because it meets a specific need for each patient. Every person is unique. Every medication interacts with a person's body in a different way.
