NES: Does CSRA's first acquisition have a small business problem?

Near the end of last month, Falls Church-based CSRA Inc. (NYSE: CSRA) announced its intent to make its first acquisition since forming as a company in November 2015. The company, carrying a $105 million price tag, was Alexandria-based defense telecom firm NES Associates LLC.
