At the SuiteConnect London Keynote, Evan Goldberg, Founder and Executive Vice President of Oracle NetSuite, announced several innovations that are now available for customers in the UK. These add-on modules, several of which were announced at other SuiteConnects (Brazil, Mexico and New York), SuiteWorld, and some even earlier, are now available and localised in the UK and Ireland. NetSuite also revealed AI capabilities that were recently extended, made available, or will be available soon. It also announced that NetSuite SuiteSuccess XaaS Edition is available for UK and Ireland customers, both new and existing. Goldberg commented, " We work with businesses of all sizes across the UK to deliver an enterprise-grade platform that provides the scalability, performance, and AI innovation they need to support any stage of growth. "With the latest updates to NetSuite, we are adding AI agents, new generative AI capabilities, and a broad range of other updates to enable our customers in the UK to continue to gain more value from the suite." NetSuite Connector for Outlook On stage, Goldberg announced the latest NetSuite Connector, the NetSuite Connector for Microsoft Outlook. Goldberg explained, "It automatically syncs Outlook with NetSuite CRM, updating contacts and customers and opportunities with messages sent and events created in Outlook. Outlook and your sales team can use this to not only improve their productivity but make more informed decisions." This connector is the latest connector, which already includes connectors for: eCommerce and Marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, Magento, Walmart, eBay, WooCommerce and BigCommerce Point of Sale: Shopify POS Logistics: ShipStation and Amazon Supply Chain At SuiteWorld, it also announced the NetSuite Connector for Salesforce . Though this is not yet listed on the NetSuite Connector product page. While there are instructions for connecting Google Mail to NetSuite , this does not appear to be a formal NetSuite Connector and has throughput limitations. The Outlook connector supports real-time data flow between Outlook Mail, Calendar, and NetSuite. Oracle Redwood Design System NetSuite continues to deliver the Oracle Redwood Design experience across the platform. Customers can switch on the new user experience and enable the award-winning Redwood Design experience. In 2024, Redwood Design was recognized with both a WebbyAward and an Indigo Design Award . The new user experience makes NetSuite easier and simpler to navigate and use. NetSuite Field Service Management updates First announced at SuiteWorld 2023, NetSuite Field Service Management has added further enhancements with the latest release. Goldberg revealed on stage that users can now upload documents and photos directly from their phones. The new feature enhances the productivity of technicians. Users can also automatically create time bills in NetSuite, which tightens your financial controls and expedites the job to cash process. This is one of several feature enhancements in the latest release of NetSuite Field Service Management . NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro is the next generation of NetSuite OpenAir. It is not native to the NetSuite ERP platform. Still, it fully integrates with the ERP solution. It has been modernised with the Redwood Design, and takes advantage of the latest AI capabilities that Oracle NetSuite has to offer. The PSA solution helps organisations monitor project health, accelerate project planning, and increase productivity. Existing OpenAir customers are being migrated to this next-generation platform. Can OpenAir attain the same dominance in the PSA market with this latest iteration? NetSuite Electronic Invoicing With eInvoicing sweeping across Europe, NetSuite has created a full eInvoice module that it will continue to update to keep compliance with the latest international regulations and capabilities. It recently announced updates for Mexico. It is also compliant with the B2B e-Invoicing mandate that came into force in Germany this year. As well as the regulations coming into force in Spain and France within the next few years. The module will enable organisations to send and receive eIinvoices with the various exchange networks and platforms of various tax authorities. It means that customers can see the benefits of eInvoicing and remain in compliance across all the countries they operate in. NetSuite continues to invest in NetSuite Electronic Invoicing as the regulations evolve. Enterprise Times spoke to Craig Sullivan, Group Vice President, Product Management at NetSuite, about this feature. An interview will be published at a later date. Customer 360 Goldberg also reminded the UK audience about the availability of and improvements to Customer 360 . The Customer 360 dashboard now includes metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value and dynamic year-over-year sales comparisons. Other metrics include customer profitability, year-to-date sales, and remaining credit. There are also enhanced tracking tools for opportunities and estimates, which add another layer of visibility. These will help businesses to identify where to focus their sales efforts. The dashboard integrates and draws data from both NetSuite SuiteCommerce and NetSuite CRM to deliver customer insights in a single location. Compliance 360 Compliance 360 was first unveiled in June last year for North American customers in the healthcare sector. Goldberg announced that it is now available in the UK. He added, " You can use this tool to monitor activity around the customer record if it's edited, exported, printed, or searched. You now know that in real time , and you can monitor that compliance with a glance at the dashboard, and then you can drill down, making it much easier to audit your team's activity." Enterprise Times asked Sullivan what Compliance 360 is now. He replied, "We recognized that Compliance 360 is that it was of interest for other types of business beyond healthcare. The ability to report on the activity of users, and to keep track, whether it be for internal compliance requirements or regulatory compliance needs. "It's part of the healthcare offering for the US market and is now available as a stand-alone Suite App for any of the other verticals, as well as now the UK." The Compliance 360 SuiteApp enables you to have a single source of truth for user interactions with the customer record. The SuiteApp gives you access to user activity logs produced by the NetSuite Compliance 360 Cloud Service for security and compliance monitoring. It can create new audits, view and edit existing audits, and track audit progress according to your organization's needs and policies. Users can search for when someone creates, deletes, edits, searches for, views, prints, reports on, or exports customer records. Including logs produced by the SuiteApp in the last 12 months. Its dashboards give insights into user activities, key performance indicators, and system usage in real time. Enterprise Times: What does this mean While many of these "new" products have been announced at other events, likely, many of the 815 attendees at SuiteConnect London were not aware of these. The keynote from Tozer and Goldberg, with input from others, flowed quickly and had a rich vein of content throughout. For the audience, it was hugely informative, with a constant barrage of new features and AI capabilities. While most of what was announced was already public, it did not detract from the learning curve. Customers and prospects were impressed by the eloquence and also reassured when Goldberg said that there would be "no additional cost" when AI is embedded into existing systems. This is a brave stance, though it does not mean that some AI-rich modules will be chargeable. Also, NetSuite has not yet delivered Agentic AI, and it will be interesting to see what it does at that point.
