Newscycle: Newscycle Solutions buys tech company that manages online subscriptions

Newscycle Solutions, a developer of software for the media industry, has acquired tech company Marketing G2 for an undisclosed amount. Horsham, Penn.-based Marketing G2 makes tools media outlets use to manage digital subscriptions and analyze data.
