Next Century: CACI acquires Next Century Corp., 2 other companies

CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CACI) is bringing three companies into its fold, including defense software contractor Next Century Corp. A Securities and Exchange Commission filing dated Wednesday ahead of the Arlington government IT contractor's Thursday earnings call said the aggregate cost of the three acquisitions "was approximately $105 million."
