Next Step Living: Shuttered solar firm was the subject of 45 complaints to Mass. AG's office

Next Step Living, a Boston-based energy-efficiency company that announced Friday it's shutting down, was the subject of 45 complaints made to Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey's office. The complaints were made between 2010 and 2016, according to the state Public Records Division. It appears that about a dozen of those complaints were made over the past month alone, since CBS Boston did an investigative report on the company and found there were about 30 complaints filed as of February.
