NextSpace: NextSpace setting up shop in San Jose Chamber of Commerce building

Downtown San Jose is getting more co-working space. NextSpace is opening 7,000 square-foot of space on the second floor of the building owned by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, located at 101 W. Santa Clara St. Instead of signing a regular lease, the Chamber and the Santa Cruz-based co-working company agreed to a 3-year partnership where both will share expenses and profits.
