Nine West: Nine West Seeks Commercial Activity Tax Refund at Ohio Top Court

Nine West is entitled to a refund of more than $800,000 in taxes on shoes initially shipped to an Ohio warehouse but ultimately sent to customers outside the state, the company told the Ohio Supreme Court Monday.
