MOSCOW (MRC) -- AkzoNobel says it has agreed to acquire New Nautical Coatings (Clearwater, Florida), producer of the Sea Hawk brand of yacht coatings, reported Chemweek.Terms of the transaction, including purchase price, were not disclosed.
