Node: SugarCRM Adds AI to Sweeten the Customer Experience Pot

SugarCRM last month announced its acquisition of AI-as-a-Service provider Node. This marks the fourth acquisition by SugarCRM since the company's investment by Accel-KKR in August 2018.
