North Star: Tempe hires Nashville firm over local bidders for branding campaign

The city of Tempe has hired a Tennessee-based firm - over several local bidders - for an $82,000 consulting contract to help craft a new branding and marketing campaign. The Tempe City Council approved a contract earlier this month with Nashville-based North Star Destination Strategies.
