NorthPoint: NorthPoint Development expands its industrial footprint in Indiana

NorthPoint Development has expanded its nationwide industrial presence with the acquisition of 40 acres near Fort Wayne, Ind. The Fort Wayne Journal Gazette reported Wednesday that NorthPoint had purchased four 10-acre parcels from the Allen County (Ind.) Redevelopment Commission. NorthPoint paid $2.1 million for the parcels, which are located in the Stonebridge Business Park.
