NorthStar Bank: NorthStar Bank names new C-level executives

Scott Jacobsen was named the new president and chief executive officer of NorthStar Bank, effective Oct. 11, replacing David Stone, who is retiring from the company but will continue to serve on the bank's Board of Directors. Jacobsen joined NorthStar Bank in 2009 as commercial banking manager, and was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2014.
