NTPC: India's ONGPL acquires 100% stake in Ayana Renewable Power

ONGPL, a 50:50 JV of NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green, acquired 100 per cent equity in Ayana Renewable Power on March 27, 2025. Ayana has 4,112 MW capacity (2,123 MW operational, 1,989 MW under construction) across key states. With this, NTPC Green Energy's total operating capacity reaches 5.9 GW, including subsidiaries and JVs.
