Nucleus Financial Platforms, one of the UK's independent, adviser platform groups, has announced the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to its board. Cathryn Riley, who started on 1 May, will "chair the remuneration committee, and Clare Bousfield will join on 1 July and chair the risk committee."
