Nugen Automation: Engineering co. buys medical office building for new HQ

A former medical office building near Ellington Airport will become the new headquarters building for an engineering firm that serves the oil and gas pipeline industry. Houston-based NuGen Automation bought the building at 150 FM 1959, the Houston Chronicle reports. Colliers International, which marketed the building, announced the sale last week.
