NuGen Automation, an engineering firm serving the oil and gas pipeline industry, has purchased a building near Ellington Airport in southeast Houston to serve as its headquarters. Beth Young and Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers represented the seller was WHGS Holdings Co., which operates at Coastal Surgical Group. Cameron Crouch of Gulf Coast Properties represented the buyer. The building was constructed in 2007 by a group of surgeons for clinical use and cancer treatment.
