O2 Fitness: O2 Fitness to open 30,000-sqaure-foot location in Winston-Salem

O2 Fitness will open a fitness club in the former 30,000-square-foot Stein Mart location in Thruway Shopping Center. The fitness club, which will be O2's fourth in the Triad and first in Winston-Salem, will feature a play area for children and a co-working space.
