Oakland Consulting Group: U.S. OCG buys Hilton hotel near stadium

A global real estate investment firm has acquired a Hilton-branded hotel near AT&T Stadium in Arlington, which is a short drive from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. The 308-key Hilton Hotel in Arlington was acquired by Los Angeles-Based U.S. OCG Inc. at a time more and more hotels are being brought to the North Texas market.
