Oetker-Group: Oetker's drinks business Henkell acquires stake in Freixenet

Henkell, the Oetker Group's wine and spirits branch, today has completed its acquisition of 50% of Freixenet S.A.'s shares (50,67%) from the Hevia and Bonet families following the approval of the European Commission, making it the majority shareholder.
