ONGC: ONGC Approves INR 3,300 Crore for Ayana Renewable Power Acquisition
ONGC approved an investment of INR 3,300 crore in ONGC Green for the 100 percent acquisition of Ayana Renewable Power. The shareholding will be through ONGC NTPC Green Pvt. Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture between ONGC Green and NTPC Green Energy Ltd.
