OliverMcMillan: OliverMcMillan reduces unit count in Waikiki rental project

The project, to be built on land owned by the Queen Emma Land Co., will still reserve 20 percent of the total units, or 89 apartments including 54 existing units slated for redevelopment, as affordable for families earning 80 percent or less of the area median income.
