OMNIPLEX: Altamont exits Omniplex

Altamont Capital Partners has sold Chantilly, Virginia-based Omniplex World Services Corp, a provider of protective and investigative services for government and commercial clients. The buyer was Constellis, which is backed by Apollo Global Management. No financial terms were disclosed. Bluestone Capital Partners served as financial adviser to Altamont on the deal.
