Onyx Medical: Memphis medical device maker bought by European company

Onyx Medical Corp. in East Memphis has a new European owner. A Swiss medical device and technology company, Elos, has agreed to buy Onyx. The price of the deal was not reported. Onyx will continue to exists as an individual unit within the Elos banner. The deal should close by the end of April.
