OOMC: Omni Ophthalmic Announces Partnership With Erie Retinal Surgery, its Seventh Eyecare Partnership

ISELIN, N.J.-Omni Ophthalmic Management Consultants, a portfolio company of NMS Capital (NMS), has announced a new strategic partnership with Erie Retinal Surgery, a market-leading regional provider of medical-surgical retinal services in Western Pennsylvania. The terms of the transaction announced earlier this month were not disclosed. Headquartered in Erie, Pa., Erie Retinal Surgery has positioned itself at the forefront of eyecare for almost 40 years and currently employs five board-certified doctors. Through its two locations, including an injection suite, Erie offers comprehensive vision care services to approximately 40,000 patients annually.
