Orange Parachute: IT security firm Orange Parachute is acquired

GreyCastle Security, headquartered in Troy, N.Y., has acquired Minneapolis-based information security management consulting firm, Orange Parachute. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, 10 of Orange Parachute's employees are joining GreyCastle, including founder Travis Hyde as chief operating officer.
