Orbital: Sierra Nevada Corp. acquires longtime partner

Sierra Nevada Corp., which has its Space Systems division based in Louisville, announced Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of Madison, Wisconsin-based Orbital Technologies Corp., or ORBITEC, as a wholly owned subsidiary.Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and SNC officials could not be reached for comment.
