Former OrderUp CEO Chris Jeffrey is back in the Baltimore tech scene, leading the first East Coast office of marijuana industry-focused firm, Leafly. Seattle-based Leafly has leased space at the Holland Tack Factory in Harbor East, and hired a 15-person staff.
