Our NYC office is expanding and we are searching for incredibly ambitious and experienced staffing industry professionals to join our TEAM.
Responsibilities:
As a tier-one vendor of the most competitive financial and technology firms, you will be trained to develop long lasting professional relationships with our candidates and clients becoming a trusted consultant and confidant in their career decisions.
Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit top IT candidates for the most competitive financial and technology firms
Work effectively with a large volume of candidates and open requisitions
Place high-end technical professionals with different skillsets across multiple markets and industries
Perform full life cycle recruiting - from initial contact and job presentation to interview preparation, negotiation and closing deals!
Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
Leverage an instinctive inquisitiveness and develop market knowledge to engage key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
Success demands sophisticated communication, emotional intelligence, innate competitiveness, savvy analytical skills, and most importantly ambition. With this in mind, we've often found candidates with backgrounds in recruiting, sales, and business development have fared well. Sense of humor and a thick skin are mandatory. So is the following:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years recruiting or sales experience
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationship in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A passion for recruiting and technology
