Oticon: EU says Cochlear's Oticon bid a threat to competition, will examine deal

Australian hearing device maker Cochlear's acquisition of Copenhagen-based Demant's hearing implants business Oticon is a significant threat to the European market, EU antitrust regulators warned on Wednesday.
