WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), the middle market agency subsidiary of Marsh, today announced that it has acquired Otis-Magie Insurance Agency Inc., one of the largest privately owned independent agencies in northern Minnesota.
