Akzo Nobel: AkzoNobel to invest $22 mn for sustainable paint production in France

AkzoNobel plans a €22M (~ $22.66 million) investment to make its Montataire site a flagship for decorative paint production, reinforcing its commitment to industrial excellence in France. The reorganisation involves streamlining operations, optimising its network, and creating 29 jobs, while 211 roles will be reduced. Implementation starts in May 2025, following consultations with local social partners.
