The two companies have been working together for a year to help customers offer plant-based steaks and filet strips with fine marbling and a fibrous structure. Now, the range has been expanded with several new meat alternatives, including cost-optimized steak varieties, bacon, cooked ham, and carpaccio. When developing the new solutions, Planteneers says it focused on products with high sales potential in European markets.
