HealthTap: HealthTap to care for formerly incarcerated individuals through partnership with NaphCare

Longitudinal virtual primary care company HealthTap is partnering with NaphCare to take care of individuals released from federal prisons as they transition back into society. | In a newly inked partnership, virtual primary care provider HealthTap is working with NaphCare to provide virtual, on-demand care to people that have exited the federal prison system. Many of these individuals have untreated chronic conditions and higher social needs than other populations.
