KUB Malaysia: Kub Malaysia Berhad Announces Datuk Rashidah Binti Mohd Sies as the New Member of the Board Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee

KUB Malaysia Berhad announce that Datuk Rashidah binti Mohd Sies has been appointed as the new member of the Board Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee ("BARSC") of the Company effective 13 November 2024. The new composition of the BARSC is as follows:- 1. Ms. Teh Bee Tein (Chairman) - Independent Non-Executive Director; 2. Encik Megat Joha bin Megat Abdul Rahman (Member) - Non-Independent Non-Executive Director; and 3. Datuk Rashidah binti Mohd Sies (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director.
