Rimini Street: Workday partners with Rimini Street to reduce support burden for customers

Rimini Street has joined Workday as an Application Management Services (AMS) partner, giving the latter's customers the ability to use Rimini Manage capabilities for a number of Workday applications.The enterprise application's customers will be able to use Rimini Manage for Workday for Workday Financial Management, Workday Human Capital Management and Workday Adaptive Planning.According to Workday, this will address the market gap in support talent, lower the cost of managing Workday with a flexible pricing model and reduce the support burden for existing teams with outside expertise.Rimini Street CEO Seth Ravin said the global company also leverages Workday solutions."Today we serve more than 300 clients who also leverage Workday and have helped Workday customers with a variety of needs," he said. "With the launch of Rimini Manage for Workday, clients can achieve better business results with their Workday investments."Workday global partner of sales Rogerio Almeida said both organsiations have established expertise in delivering service and helping clients maximise their IT investments.In addition to its services for Workday, Rimini Street also offers services to support, optimise and transform organisations within existing budgets, using its Rimini Smart Path methodology.The service provider also formed a global partnership with ServiceNow in October 2024, combining the its AI platform with the the vendor's enterprise software support for a range of verticals.
