VSP: Latinos en Optometry and VSP Vision Launch New Blog Series Focused on Enhancing Cultural Competency

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.-Latinos en Optometry, a non-profit association dedicated to gaining a broader representation of Latinos and Spanish-speaking professionals within the optometry and larger eyecare professional community, has collaborated with VSP Vision to launch a new blog series called "Cultural Responsiveness." This initiative seeks to support both existing and prospective practitioners in understanding the importance of health care services that are responsive to the social, cultural and linguistic requirements of patients, according to the announcement.
