Package Containers: Package Containers hires Larry Grove

Package Containers Inc., Canby, Ore., has hired Larry Grove as manufacturing operations manager.Grove will manage the company's supply chain, quality control and product innovation, according to a news release.Grove began his career as a press operator, for Tursso Cos. and Grace Label, and was production supervisor at Renaissance Mark. Then he was at WS Packaging for 10 ½ years, in a series of roles, including production manager, general manager and vice president of operations.Most recently, he was director of operations for Taylor Communications."Larry's insight on lean manufacturing, his ability to develop individuals and the collective team, his understanding of the printing process, and his experience with our customers segment make him the perfect fit for (Package Containers) now and well into the future," CEO Dave DeMots said in the release.Related story:Package Containers hires sales manager, retail director
