Food ingredient manufacturer PacMoore Products Inc. was fined $19,250 for several safety hazards at the firm's Hammond, IN facility, according to a recent safety noticed published the Indiana Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA). Among the violations uncovered by investigators, the company was cited for failing to conduct a Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) to assess the site's fire, explosion, and deflagration hazards.
